Researchers at the Ramazzini Institute for cancer research in Italy say their study shows that aspartame causes lymphomas and leukaemia in female laboratory animals "at doses very close to the acceptable daily intake for humans". The authors of the study also say that while rats fed aspartame ate less food, there was no difference in body weight between treated and untreated animals.

Sciences Cancer Research Centre in Bolonga, Italy, just released their three year study
confirming the link between aspartame and lymphomas and leukemias.

The report by Morando Soffritti "Aspartame induces lymphomas and leukemias in rats" is in the European Journal of Oncology for July, 2005. Dr. Soffritti and his team carefully set the conditions whereby genetically-uniform test rats were treated equally with the exception of being divided into groups given varying levels of the toxic chemical sweetener.
Rats are deemed appropriate subjects for testing aspartame on humans because both humans and rats metabolize the methyl ester in aspartame into methyl alcohol, then formaldehyde then formic acid - all deadly poisons. The carcinogenicity of substances in rats and mice is a consistent predictor of cancer risk in humans exposed to those substances.
The study commenced with 8 week old rats and continued until the last one died at 159 weeks. Their physical status and behavior were examined three times daily and detailed records of their growth were kept. Every two weeks each of the 3,600 rats were "clinically examined for gross changes." As each rat died, a complete autopsy was performed. Organs, tissues and bones were preserved for further study.
"In our experimental conditions, it has been demonstrated..that APM [aspartame] causes a dose-related statistically significant increase in lymphomas and leukemias in females at dose levels very near those to which humans can be exposed," the authors wrote in their conclusion. The number of cancers that developed in rats given zero aspartame was zero. Increases of lymphomas and leukemias at the lowest exposure level was 62 percent and "an increase in the incidence of these types of neoplasias was also observed in males exposed to the highest dose."
Neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock, MD, one of the world's leading authorities on aspartame neurotoxicity, extensively reviewed the Soffritti report. "This study confirmed the previous study by Dr. Trocho and co-workers (1998), which also found the formaldehyde breakdown product of aspartame to be damaging to cellular DNA and that this damage was cumulative. The type of damage was a duplicate of that associated with cancers. These two studies strongly indicate that drinking a single diet cola sweetened with aspartame every day could significantly increase one's risk of developing a lymphoma or leukemia.
"This study should terrify mothers and all those consuming aspartame sweetened products. This was a carefully done study which clearly demonstrated a statistically significant increase in several types of lymphomas and leukemias in rats. Both of these malignancies have increased significantly in this country since the widespread use of aspartame.
"They also found an increased incidence of malignant brain tumors, even though it was not statistically significant. This does not mean there is no association to brain tumors, since ONLY the animals exposed to aspartame developed the tumors. With children and pregnant women drinking the largest amount of diet colas, this puts their children at the greatest risk of developing one of these horrible diseases. Their found that even lower doses of aspartame could cause these malignancies, yet, the higher the dose, the more cancers that were seen.
"Since aspartame can increase obesity and may even cause the metabolic syndrome that affects 48 million Americans, there is no reason to ever consume this product. At the least, it should be immediately banned from all schools."
Aspartame was approved for use in dry goods in 1981 under extremely controversial circumstances. The artificial sweetener is currently found in more than 6,000 products-soft drinks, chewing gum, candy, desserts, table sweeteners and even pharmaceutical drugs and is responsible for more than 80 percent of consumer complaints filed with the FDA each year. The FDA itself has published a list of 92 potentially adverse reactions to aspartame that includes weight gain, blindness, chronic headaches, insanity and death.
Soffritti et al conducted this study because they wanted to determine whether or not the ADI for aspartame (50 and 40 milligrams per kilogram of body weight per day in the U.S. and Europe respectively) was an appropriate limit. Their report concludes with these words: "Results of our study call for urgent reexamination of permissible exposure level of aspartame in both food and beverages, especially to protect children."
Here comes the Whopper! Makers and sellers of aspartame tried to rebut this impeccable European research saying: "With billions of man-years of safe use, there is no indication of an association between aspartame and cancer in humans." Medical investigator, Dr. Ralph Walton, found 100% of the studies aspartame producers paid for say its safe as rain. A study on 7 infant monkeys where 5 had grand mal seizures and one died was even presented to the FDA as evidence for aspartame approval. Dr. Walton felt research results may be connected with who signs the check, since 92 percent of independent studies he looked into confirm the dangers of aspartame. Make that 100% if you delete ones sponsored by our Fatal Drugs Allowed folks, the FDA.
In this line Dr. Martini said she checked with the Mafia about the crime rate. These impartial experts assured her: "There isn't any crime in the USA. And for a really bright smile, brush with plutonium!"

When he did an aspartame study the institution had to stop it when one subject got a retinal detachment, went permanently blind in one eye, and another suffered conjunctival bleeding. Others said they'd been poisoned, just like the rats. The makers couldn't control this independent, unbiased scientific peer reviewed research.
"Whopper! Whopper! Whopper!" says Dr. Martini of industry claims there is no association between aspartame and cancer in humans, "Wow, what a whopper! Cancer is regularly and systematically found in humans and animals taking this poison. And here's the proof:"
An FDA Toxicologist explained why their experiments were invalidated: "It is highly unlikely the FDA Investigative teams found all of the problems with G. D. Searle's studies. G. D. Searle seemed so intent on covering up their misconduct, that it is quite likely that they were able to hide many of the problems from the FDA.
Since everything was all a matter of public record the manufacturer was in deep, er, difficulty, and had to creatively avoid an indictment. Both U.S. Prosecutors, Sam Skinner and William Conlon were hired by the defense lawyers, Sidley and Austin, and the statute of limitations expired. When the district attorney gets a job with the godfather, expect acquittal.
As damning as the report is, when I spoke with Jerome Bressler he admitted the worst 20% of his report was removed in retyping by FDA and asked me to try to get two mice studies and his cover letter. Doctors H. J. Roberts and Russell Blaylock both spoke with Jerome Bressler as well after which Dr. Roberts asked his congressman to retrieve the missing condemnatory data that the public has a right to know. The FDA refused.
Gross testified because aspartame produces brain tumors and brain cancer, FDA should not set an allowable daily intake of the substance at any level: "In view of these indications that the cancer causing potential of aspartame is a matter that has been established way beyond any reasonable doubt, one can ask: What is the reason for the apparent refusal by the FDA to invoke for this food additive the so-called Delaney Amendment to the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act?"
The Delaney Amendment makes it illegal to allow any residues of cancer causing chemicals in foods. In his concluding testimony Gross asked, "Given the (cancer causing potential of aspartame) how would the FDA justify its position that it views a certain amount of aspartame as constituting an allowable daily intake or 'safe' level of it? Is that position in effect not equivalent to setting a 'tolerance' for this food additive and thus a violation of that law? And if the FDA itself elects to violate the law, who is left to protect the health of the public."
"The increasing frequency of primary brain lymphoma of B cell derivation - including reticulum cell sarcoma, microglioma and histiocytic lymphoma - also requires explanation because this subset was previously rare. Eby et al all reported a nearly threefold rise in its incidence among immunologically normal persons in the l982-l84 SEER data, which they could not explain..."
Dr. Roberts also said that "Hockberg and Miller reported a tripling of incidence of this tumor in non-immunosuppressed persons during the 5 year interval between l980 and l984."

Recently,
much controversy has surrounded a claim that aspartame may produce an MS-like syndrome. A
current review of recent peer-reviewed scientific studies have disclosed a
pathophysiological mechanism to explain this connection. As far back as 1996 it was shown
that the lesions produced in the myelin sheath of axons in cases of multiple sclerosis
were related to excitatory receptors on the primary cells involved called oligodendroglia.
Recent studies have now confirmed what was suspected back then. The loss of myelin sheath
on the nerve fibers characteristic of the disease are due to the death of these
oligodendroglial cells at the site of the lesions (called plaques). Further, these studies
have shown that the death of these important cells is as a result of excessive exposure to
excitotoxins at the site of the lesions.
Normally,
most of these excitotoxins are secreted from microglial immune cells in the central
nervous system. This not only destroys these myelin-producing cells it also breaks down
the blood-brain barrier (BBB), allowing excitotoxins in the blood stream to enter the site
of damage. Aspartame contains the excitotoxin aspartate as 40% of its molecular structure.
Numerous studies have shown that consuming aspartame can significantly elevate the
excitotoxin level in the blood. There is a common situation during which the excitotoxin
exposure is even greater. When aspartate (as aspartame) is combined in the diet with
monosodium glutamate (MSG) blood levels are several fold higher than normal. With the BBB
damaged, as in MS, these excitotoxins can freely enter the site of injury,greatly
magnifying the damage. So, we see that dietary excitotoxins, such

equal concern is observation that we know that about 10% of the population (based on
autopsy studies of elderly) have MS lesions without ever developing the full blown
disease, a condition called benign MS. A diet high in excitotoxins, such as aspartame, can
convert this benign, subclinical condition into full-blown clinical MS. The amount of
excitotoxins consumed in the average American diet is considerable, as shown by several
studies. In addition, the toxin methanol is also in the aspartame molecule. Methanol is a
axon poison. Combined toxicity of the aspartate and the methanol adds up to considerable
brain toxicity and can convert benign, subclinical MS into full-blown MS. Once the MS
becomes full-blown, further consumption of excitotoxins magnifies the toxicity, increasing
disability and death.
Recent
studies have also shown that even single exposures to these food-based excitotoxins can
produce prolonged worsening of neurological lesions. In addition, it has been demonstrated
that autoimmune reactions (as occurs with MS) greatly magnifies the toxicity of aspartate
and glutamate (the excitotoxins). We also know liquid forms of excitotoxins are
significantly more toxic because of rapid absorption and higher blood levels. In the face
of this connection between excitotoxicity and the pathophysiology of MS, it would be
ludicrous to allow further use of this excitotoxin containing sweetener..

Eleven year old Jennifer Cohen from Oradell, New Jersey, chose an experiment for her 6th grade science project that the FDA and the manufacturer's of aspartame should have found to be an obvious test subject. Using sound principles and double blind testing she developed and ran her tests like a professional. Her goal was simple: What happens to aspartame in diet coke? Upon completion of her experiment a reputable food laboratory performed all the necessary chemical evaluations and presented her with the startling results. The laboratory data proved that aspartame breaks down into formaldehyde and DKP (a brain tumor agent) over a wide range of temperatures, from the Soft Drink Association's suggested test temperature of 104 degrees (and higher) to even in the refrigerator. Dr. H. J. Roberts, world expert on aspartame, said the experiment was very important adding: "Jennifer deserves two gold stars". No wonder the population is rampant with so many of the problems listed in the FDA's acknowledged symptoms of aspartame poisoning (http:www.dorway.com/badnews.html). With results such as this, it is obvious why the pharmaceutical companies never tested their product in this manner!

THE EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT STORAGE TEMPERATURES ON THE TASTE AND CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF
DIET COKE

Jennifer Cohen is an eleven-year old student in Mrs. Simmons' sixth grade Oradell, New
Jersey class. The principal of Oradell Public School is Scott Ryan. He may be reached at
201 261-1181. Jennifer conducted an experiment proving aspartame, the artificial sweetener
in diet soda, breaks down into two deadly neurotoxins when stored at room temperature and
under refrigeration.

ABSTRACT: The level of aspartame in a can of Diet Coke was found to be 0.06% by a food testing laboratory. The remaining cans from one case of Diet coke were stored under three different heat conditions for 10 weeks. Seven cans were stored in an incubator (104 degrees Fahrenheit), seven cans were stored at room temperature (68-70 degrees Fahrenheit). At the end of 70 days samples were tested for levels of aspartame, formaldehyde and DKP (diketopiperazine). The refrigerated sample contained 0.058 percent aspartame, 0.001 percent DKP and 53.5 parts per billion of formaldehyde. The room temperature sample contained 0.051 percent aspartame, 0.002 percent DKP and 231 parts per billion of formaldehyde. The incubator sample contained 0.026 percent aspartame, 0.010 percent DKP and 76.2 parts per billion of formaldehyde. In addition 10 human subjects tasted each soda sample plus a new can of Diet Coke and rated each sample for taste on a 1-4 scale with 1 being the best and 4 being the worst. The new can of Diet Coke received an average rating of 2.0. The sample stored in the refrigerator received an average rating of 2.6. The sample stored at room temperature received an average rating of 2.5. The sample stored in the incubator received an average rating of 3.8. The effects of heat on Diet coke produced the worst taste and the highest amount of loss of aspartame as well as the greatest increase in levels of DKP. The most pleasing taste was for the new can of Diet Coke. The room temperature sample and the refrigerated sample scored almost the same in the taste test. All samples revealed a presence of formaldehyde. However, the highest level of formaldehyde occurred in the room temperature can. There was also formaldehyde present in the refrigerated sample.
BACKGROUND: Aspartame was discovered in l965 by Searle chemist, Jim Schlatter. He was developing this drug for another use and after accidentally licking his finger found that aspartame was sweet. Today aspartame is consumed by more than 100 million people in the United States. This chemical (aspartame) has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) who said that an individual can safely consume 97 packets of aspartame every day. Aspartame is in many products including some that children use such as diet soda, light yogurt, Flintstone Vitamins, baked goods, puddings, and Winterfresh gum. It has been known to cause headaches, nausea, vision problems, seizures and cancer in its users.
The ingredients in aspartame are aspartic acid, phenylalanine, and methyl alcohol. Methyl alcohol is a chemical that breaks down in high temperatures and turns into formaldehyde and DKP (diketopiperazine), two chemicals known to cause problems in the nervous system. Aspartame's life is 262 days at 77 degrees Fahrenheit, or 25 degrees Celsius. The FDA gets more complaints about aspartame than any other food or drink. The symptoms of aspartame are a lot like the symptoms of multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer's disease. Ever since aspartame was approved in l985, there has been an increase in brain tumors. There is no direct proof that aspartame caused the brain tumors, but there is enough reason to suspect that, and the television show, "60 Minutes" recently did a report linking the increase in brain cancer to aspartame use.
The FDA reviewed Searle's studies of this artificial sweetener in which rats were fed aspartame daily with their meals for one year. There were 12 brain tumors in the 320 rats that were fed aspartame and no brain tumors in the 120 rats that were not fed aspartame. There was also a study done at the University of Wisconsin on rhesus monkeys. they were fed aspartame daily. After day 200 of a one year study the monkeys developed epileptic seizures. After the study ended, the aspartame was discontinued and the monkeys were are fully watched for 60 days. The monkeys had no more seizures.
METHOD: I did my own experiment on aspartame. On January 21, l997, I bought a new case of Diet Coke from the supermarket. I put 7 cans in the refrigerator, 7 cans in my room at room temperature (about 69 degrees) and I put 7 cans in a BOEKEL incubator (80 Watts, 120 AC volts, 0.75 Amps, catalog # 131500) and set the temperature at 40 degrees Celsius which is 104 degrees Fahrenheit. I left them in there for 10 weeks (70 days). I had a thermometer next to each group of cans and I checked the temperatures daily. I took the remaining three cans and brought them to Winston Laboratories in Ridgefield, New jersey to test for a beginning level of aspartame. When I got the test results back, they revealed that there was normally 0.06 per cent of aspartame in the can of diet soda.
I chose that temperature because in l985 the National Soft Drink Association reported a similar experiment in which diet soda stored at that temperature turned into formaldehyde. In that experiment they explained that 104 degrees Fahrenheit was equal to a daytime temperature in Phoenix, Arizona over the summer. The National Soft Drink Association recommended that aspartame not be approved for use by people in soda. They published this experiment and their recommendation in the Congressional Record.
On April 1, I took the cans of aspartame out of the refrigerator, out of my room and out of the incubator. That day I brought the samples to Winston Laboratory for analysis.
I was going to do a taste in my sister's fourth grade class, but the school nurse said that I couldn't because of all the bad things people say about aspartame, so instead I tested the samples on a group of adults.
I performed a double blind experiment. My mother helped to label each sample with a number. I conducted the experiment but I did not know which sample each person was drinking. I put all of the cans in a cooler and covered them with ice sos that they would be served at the same temperature. I gave each person a small cup of the soda from the refrigerator, from the incubator, from my room, and from a new can of soda fresh from the supermarket. I asked them to rate the taste on a scale of one to four, four being the worst and one being the best. The actual results are to be found in table#1.

Table #2 contains the results of the testing conducted on the samples analyzed by Winston Laboratories. In the sample that was in the refrigerator all that was left of the 0.06 per cent of the aspartame was 0.058 percent. That extra aspartame had turned into 0.001 percent DKP and 53.5 parts per billion of formaldehyde In the sample from my room, all that was left of the 0.06 percent aspartame was 0.051 per cent. The extra aspartame had turned into 0.002 percent DKP and 231 parts per billion of formaldehyde. In the sample that was in the incubator all that was left of the 0.06 percent aspartame was 0.026 percent. The extra aspartame had turned into 0.010 percent DkP and 76.2 parts per billion in the formaldehyde.

* Sample #563 (new can of Diet Coke was not tested by the lab. It was used for the taste test only. The baseline can was not tested for formaldehyde or DKP because it was assumed that FDA would ban any new product containing poison. The total cost of testing was $1250. This may not be a lot of money to a drug company but it is to me. As it is, I will be baby-sitting for the summer of 1997 to pay for this study. -JC
DISCUSSION: There was an obvious preference for the newly purchased sample of Diet Coke. The scores for the sample in the refrigerator and room temperature were similar but were not as high as the new soda. The score for the incubator sample were very low. Nearly everybody hated the taste.
There are taste differences. Ten people preferred the new soda to the other three samples. With 1 being the best and 4 being the worst, their average score for the new soda was 2.0.
The aspartame contained in diet soda stored over time can break down into formaldehyde and DKP, two very dangerous poisons. Taste tests revealed a noticeable difference among tasters. The higher the heat of storage, the worse the taste.
Diet soda stored for ten weeks loses flavor. Aspartame in that soda breaks down into two products, formaldehyde and DKP. The warmer the temperature, the greater the loss of aspartame and the greater the increase in DKP.
Temperature creates two effects. First, the higher the temperature of storage, the higher the level of DKP in the soda. Second, room temperature seems to create the highest levels of formaldehyde in soda. At very high temperatures, the formaldehyde breaks down. However, even stored in a refrigerator at cold temperature, the aspartame breaks down into formaldehyde.
After diet soda containing aspartame is purchased it should not be stored in the heat or under any condition for a long period of time. Further research should be performed with more samples at different temperatures for different time periods so that safety levels can be determined.
Concerning aspartame, the FDA says, "we believe that based on all the information that we received to date that this is a safe product." I say, "Decide for yourself." Jennifer Cohen

COMMENT: Ms. Cohen did an excellent report in all respects. Dr. Roberts, renowned expert on aspartame and its toxic effects gives her two gold stars. From the viewpoint of an informed layman, I give her FIVE gold stars and a heart-felt "Thank you!"
I understand that the Jewish faith forbids the use of formaldehyde and the act of embalming. I also understand that somehow Nutrasweet was placed on a list of "Kosher" foods. It doesn't make sense that it is Kosher to EMBALM oneself while alive, on a dose by dose basis, but NOT Kosher to be embalmed after death. Did Nutrasweet lie once again, this time to the Jewish faith? Will their lies and disinformation EVER cease?
Coke has a new advertising campaign where they state that Diet Coke is: "You are what you drink". Congratulations, Coca Cola, for finally getting it right! As Jennifer Cohen just proved, diet coke drinkers are consuming formaldehyde and diketopiperazine (DKP, a brain tumor agent) with each and every sip.
The aspartame to methanol to formaldehyde to formic acid conversion of this chameleon substance (with a side-order of DKP and perhaps other tumor agents) makes an excellent toxic soup that gives rise to the 92 FDA acknowledged symptoms of aspartame poisoning.
When their record-keeping was still honest, the FDA stated that it was the most complained about substance, comprising over 75% of their complaints. Then they stated that less that one (1) % of the consumers file complaints. The stated 10,000 complaints (in the early 80's) would then translate to over 1,000,000 potential complainers of the LESSOR effects of aspartame poisoning, ... headaches, hives, vision and memory problems. That would seem to be a significant figure.
Most important, this does NOT include the even larger number of people suffering from long-term problems such as arthritis- like pains, vision loss, and problems that lead to a misdiagnosis of MS, CFS, Fibromyalgia or a whole host of other "diseases", because doctors have been brainwashed into believing that aspartame is as pure as the driven snow!

If you use products with aspartame, and have physical, visual, mental problems; ailments the doctors can't seem to cure... then please try the 60-day no aspartame test. When your symptoms disappear please get involved in an international effort to get this deadly neurotoxin off the market. Aspartame... The chameleon drug!
How it happens:
Methanol, from aspartame, is released in the small intestine when the methyl group of aspartame encounters the enzyme chymotrypsin (Stegink 1984, page 143). Free methanol begins to form in liquid aspartame-containing products at temperatures above 86 degrees F.. also within the human body.
The methanol is then converted to formaldehyde. The formaldehyde converts to formic acid, ant sting poison. Toxic formic acid is used as an activator to strip epoxy and urethane coatings. Imagine what it does to your tissues!
Phenylalanine and aspartic acid, 90% of aspartame, are amino acids normally used in synthesis of protoplasm when supplied by the foods we eat. But when unaccompanied by other amino acids we use [there are 20], they are neurotoxic.
That is why a warning for Phenylketonurics is found on EQUAL and other aspartame products. Phenylketenurics are 2% of the population with extreme sensitivity to this chemical unless it's present in food. It gets you too, causing brain disorders and birth defects! Finally, the phenyalanine breaks down into DKP, a brain tumor agent.
In other words: Aspartame converts to dangerous byproducts that have no natural countermeasures. A dieter's empty stomach accelerates these conversions and amplifies the damage. Components of aspartame go straight to the brain, damage that causes headaches, mental confusion, seizures and faulty balance. Lab rats and other test animals died of brain tumors.

On 12/29/96 60 MINUTES reported on 164 studies. ALL of the 74 studies paid for by NutraSweet showed it was healthy as rain. 83 of the 90 studies by independent labs found problems. FDA commissioner Arthur ull Hayes approved NutraSweet over the protests of his own Board of Inquiry, then took a lush consultant contract with NutraSweet's public relations firm while he was under investigation for accepting gratuities. Think if it this way: Money paid under the table put the little blue envelopes on the table!

Aspartame has what is called "acceptable daily intake" or "ADI" applied to it. Had I known about this term when it came to market I would have wondered why, because water, chicken soup, sugar, tea, coffee and a whole lot of other items do NOT have this term applied to them. I believe that I would never have used the product; never have had to endure eleven years of increasing pain and disabilities; never have wasted eleven years visiting clueless doctors to receive expensive misdiagnosis and drugs that are useless against aspartame disease; and I might not be five years into prostate cancer treatments with NO history of the disease in my family!
In summary: Aspartame is a U.S. National disgrace. It is a cumulative toxic poison; a medical time-bomb coming to fruition. Why was it necessary for a sixth-grader to do what the FDA/DHHS/NIH/WHO and a lot of others should have done? Why are victims like myself having to present this information to the public?
Review the list of 92 FDA acknowledged symptoms of aspartame poisoning... that small list I credit with saving my life and restoring my well-being and usefulness. Look around and about... more evidence is probably as close to you as the next person you approach. I say this because now that I know about it, and mention it in conversations, I have met hundreds who had, or know of people who have had problems with this substance. I had a few of my pamphlets in my shirt pocket one day when I went into Sam's Club. The fellow at a stand hawking the local newspaper tried to sell me a subscription... and while talking, he notice the word aspartame in large letters on that pamphlet. He then volunteered that he has a relative in Chicago who still works for Searle, and who told him years ago to stay away from it because it was poison. He also volunteered that he thought it would be of little use telling folks about it because he thought that they "really didn't care about things like that!".
The brain cancer aspect is bad enough, and with respect to the Delany ammendment it should have been enough to keep aspartame off the market. However, it is the Pandora's box of ailments that take years to develop... that may well break the back of our medical system. There is strong evidence that this is part of the "gulf war syndrome", perhaps a major part.
I credit aspartame for giving me a strong sweetened taste of hell. I didn't like it! I do what I do now because I wouldn't wish my last eleven years on my worst enemy. I do it because if someone had done this several years ago I wouldn't be a recovering victim, with prostate cancer that may have been triggered by this substance.
Last, but NOT least. The latest information is that a Monsanto VP by
the name of Dr. Virginia Weldon is considered a TOP contender to be the new FDA
commissioner! We think this is a terrible idea and there is a big push to get the word
out, why this is a bad idea, and to get ANY drug/chemical employee OFF the list of
possible candidates. The revolving door MUST stop! The payoffs, dishonesty and
disinformation MUST stop. The FDA MUST be held accountable... or be disolved! Serve the
PUBLIC, or no one!
